Give the launch a technical owner

I define the production scope, architecture and acceptance criteria, then lead your developers or suitable partners through implementation and go-live. Testing, deployment, monitoring and recovery belong in that plan.

For AI, we also establish how behaviour is evaluated, failures are handled and usage costs are controlled. The standard should fit the customers and consequences of failure.
