## Short biography

Matthias Isler is a Switzerland-based fractional CTO, serial entrepreneur and software engineer. He brings 20+ years in engineering and 12 years in CTO roles, with four ventures built and scaled and one exit. He works with founders on technical decisions and execution.

## Longer biography

Matthias Isler works with founders to build, scale and operate software and AI ventures, combining commercial judgement, engineering leadership and substantial implementation experience.

He co-founded GetYourLawyer, led its technology through acquisition and a management buyout, and completed his final exit in January 2025. At Staffcloud, he led a SaaS rewrite and built engineering. At AureaTauri, he personally built and operated quantitative-trading infrastructure.

His work spans product development, production AI, turnaround, hiring and investment decisions. Based in Switzerland, he works internationally in English and German.
